Group Travel generates approximately half of GTA's global business, the vast majority travelling to multi-destinations.

The scope for group travel is enormous and ranges from favourite worldwide city options to exciting new emerging destinations for more adventurous travellers. The average group visits five countries and will be on tour for approximately 16 days.

GTA handles the full spectrum of tours, from the biggest global series involving multi-destinations, to one-off leisure groups, special interest groups and incentives for corporate business.The division operates in a consultancy environment offering a one-stop-shop approach for all travel and tourism products.

Individual group arrangements are handled by specialist divisions located at GTA sales and service offices around the world.

Each office operates a high-level consultancy service to advise and co-ordinate every aspect of a tour from hotel reservations, travel bookings and all local services. It offers continuity of service from proposal stage right through to the end of the tour.

Series Tours

Many of GTA's most successful clients are major tour operators with series itineraries. GTA's worldwide network can deliver expert advice and smooth operation wherever the client group are coming from and wherever they are going.

One-off Leisure Groups

Incentives

The complete incentive process is handled by a dedicated team of marketing and travel experts who arrange everything from inspection trips, programme development, planning and logistics, through to the smooth running of the programme.

The GTA co-ordinator will maintain contact throughout any tour and even accompany a client tour if required. De-briefing with the client and analysing feedback is all part of the highly personal service.
