RESOLVED - Technical outage 

We are pleased to inform you that the technical outage affecting our platform has been resolved. All of our websites and systems are now operating. We are monitoring them very closely to ensure the problem does not occur again. The cause was identified as an issue in the data centre and the necessary corrective action has been taken.

All bookings with cancellation and/or payment deadlines of the 1st and 2nd of August have their deadline extended to 4th August at 23:59 (local time). In addition, cancellation charges and payment deadlines will be waived for cancelled bookings with deadlines of 1st and 2nd August. For impacted bookings please cancel as usual and email your customer services contact with the detail of each booking.
